Tyre Temp Heat ScaleThe RLACS272 Tire Temperature Sensors have been specifically designed to measure the highly transient surface temperature of a tire, providing invaluable information for chassis tuning and driver development. 

Each sensor can measure up to 16 temperature points on an object with surface temperatures ranging from -4°F to 572°F and come in either 60˚or 120˚field of view options allowing you to log tire temperatures throughout a session when used with a VBOX Video HD2 system. This kit can also be used with a VBOX Touch to display the data in real time inside the cockpit.

All you have to do to enter is upload an original Motorsport video to YouTube (not a copy, shared / re-post or from someone not the owner or driver of the vehicle in use) of no less than 30 seconds, shot using VBOX HD2 during 2019 at an event (track day, testing, qualifying or in competition) and tagged with both #vboxttms and #vboxmotorsport hashtags.

At 9am GMT on Friday 1st November 2019 the video with the greatest number of views, using both specified hashtags, lasting no less than 30 seconds, shot on an HD2 in 2019 at an event or venue from a competition vehicle in use and with permission to post, will be deemed the winner.

 

Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Competition to win VBOX Tire Temperature Monitoring Sensor and loom for use with a VBOX Video HD2 (no optional VBOX Touch display monitor will be provided although it can be purchased separately at the normal rate or through a dealer if desired). To qualify an original Motorsport video (not a copy, shared / re-post or from someone not the owner or driver of the vehicle in use) of no less than 30 seconds, shot using VBOX HD2 during 2019 at an event (track day, testing, qualifying or in competition) and uploaded to YouTube with both #vboxttms and #vboxmotorsport hashtags.

At 9am GMT on Friday 1st November 2019 the video with the greatest number of views, using both specified hashtags, lasting no less than 30 seconds, shot on an HD2 in 2019 at an event or venue from a competition vehicle in use and with permission to post, will be deemed the winner. In the event of more than 1 video having equal number of views then the next qualifying measure will be the number of people who have left a comment on the video with the greatest being received deemed the winner. Only the first comment by an individual will be counted, multiple comments from the same user will only count as one comment for the purpose of the tie-break scenario and any comment will from the posting account will be discounted. If this is also a tie then the video posted first as indicated by the upload date will be the winner.

The winner will be contacted by a message underneath the winning video upload and asked to contact Racelogic by email or post within 2 weeks of competition close or another winner will be selected. Supply of the original data files may be required at this stage for authentication purposes. In the event of not being able to establish proof of identity another winner will be chosen using the same criteria until we can identify without reasonable doubt that the rightful recipient has been identified. After verification the winner will receive the prize at the 2019 PRI show if attending, or it will be shipped directly within 6 weeks of the competition closing date if not.

No restriction on the number of videos uploaded and there is no cash or different product alternative. Proof of purchase is not required. This competition is not being run in association with YouTube and is entirely independent of any other social media platform. It is the originators responsibility to ensure any video footage complies with YouTube rules and those of the event organizer or venue from when the data was recorded and in accordance with local laws. Racelogic’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Racelogic reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible via update to this website. Racelogic also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Racelogic is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party relating to this competition.

If you do not have access to the internet, then please post us your SD card or USB file containing the original VBOX HD2 files and details about the video along with contact details to:

It may not be possible to return your SD/USB so please take a backup before sending and no responsibility can be accepted for any entry not received for whatever the reason. No data will be held beyond the competition or used for marketing activity where permission to contact has not been granted, please specify an acceptable means to contact you to acknowledge receipt of your entry and again if you are the winner. Any information collected from your entry will only be kept until the winner has been established at which point any data will be safely disposed of.

This is so that Racelogic can manage the upload to a YouTube Channel that we will create under a generic non-descript user name so as not to give any advantage or disadvantage to those using a personal account.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
