What’s Covered
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any product that develops a fault caused by:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty components
- Improper assembly
Repairs under warranty are provided free of charge, including workmanship and standard return shipping.
If a repair is not possible, we will provide either:
- The same model, or
- An equivalent or better replacement if the original has been discontinued.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to faults resulting from:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Operation outside specified environmental or electrical limits
- Damage caused by external equipment or wiring
If a product is returned and the issue falls outside warranty coverage, we will provide a cost estimate before any repair work is carried out.

How to Make a Warranty Claim or Arrange a Repair
Our process is straightforward:
- Contact our support team with your product model and serial number.
- We issue a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number with shipping instructions.
- Once received, we complete a diagnostic assessment (typically within 10 working days)
You will be informed of findings, next steps, and timelines at every stage.
